Heidi Braids.

I really love these Heidi braids I've been seeing everywhere lately. Since my hair is too short I thought I'd try them on Miss Mae. We didn't have one bobby pin in the house (I know, I know) so we made do with flower clips instead.

Sadi, "It's like a crown"!

This is a typical Sadi outfit. I wish I could get away with it.
She's such a model. That first picture cracks me up.

Myspace.

These pictures look like they belong on Myspace.
Anyways, I attempted to ombre my hair. I'm pretty pleased with the results. I just needed a little change to stir things up and this helped.

Fail and Score.

Fail is that I'm sick.  No fun.

Score is that I got these two items for 71 cents. yep.

Score is that I live with this cutie pie.

Another score is that I'm heading up to the wonderful place that is Salt Lake City, Utah this month for a much needed girl time with Ember and Fran. And Jess, you better drive down and hang out for at least one night. I will be calling you to discuss this. I love that I'm communicating to you through this.

Fail to score ration= 1:3
Not too shabby.

Coincidence?

Yesterday I wrote a post and used the word titillating. I have never heard that word used before; I saw it in the thesaurus and used it. I also happened to be talking about Glee for a good portion of the post. When I was done with the post I watched Glee. In that episode someone used the word titillating. And I was not the biggest fan of the person who used the word or how they used it.
For those who watch Glee it was the red hair, glasses, blogger dude and he happened to be naked when he used the word.

I literally almost paused Glee and edited my post to a new word but then I decided it was a funny coincidence that I should document instead.

On a side note, does that happen to you all the time like it does me?
You find a new word you've never heard before and suddenly someone uses it in the TV show you're obsessing over. Or you decide to move to New Zealand and suddenly everyone and their pet ferret has a story about New Zealand or knows someone there, and you run into a native New Zealander at your place of work right before you go. Or when you start "couponing" and suddenly you start seeing fellow couponers everywhere you turn.

Seriously proves to me that your thoughts attract to you whatever it is you're thinking about.
Think about it.

hi jess.

 I posted for you. :)

 also, i miss you.

Failure!

I've been a failure on blogging since I've gotten home from the wonderful land of New Zealand.
With Chance returning home, starting work, unpacking, and well needed chats with friends I've been pretty busy.

I've also been a failure in school. As in I failed my math 1050 class. Haven't even logged in for about two and a half months. :)
I ended that with a smile because I do not care. I finally left my country; nothing else matters.

The biggest reason this post is titled "Failure!" is because I'm nervous that my life is going to be super boring now that I'm not out gallivanting around a brand new country every weekend (New Zealand no less), therefore making this blog a failure. But I'm going to attempt to make life notably titillating (that originally said "very exciting",  I used a thesaurus and liked that version better) so that I can blog about my stories and read back at how awesome I was as a young adult when I'm 99 years old.

So far, nothing to report.
No, wait! There is something!
I finished the entire first  season of Glee this past week! I've been against the show for quite some time for no apparent reason, but I was introduced to a couple episodes in New Zealand so when I was sitting around bored one night with no friends to call I decided to give it a try.

Turns out I'm a Gleek. :)

Luckily, my amazing friend Franny got into town for the summer yesterday so the speed of my consumption should slow considerably, but I'm working on  season two now.

P.S I never imagined that the moment I fall in love with a man would be when he was singing The Thong Song to another woman, but it did indeed happen.
Marry me Mr. Schu!

P.P.S I suppose I should document my brother's homecoming so I shall do that tomorrow. Right now I'm going to see what amazing mash-ups those losers in Glee are singing.

 Um, she's cute.
Um, so is she. (the kitten)
