I want/need to lose 10 pounds.
And I'm writing this on my blog to feel some sort of obligation.
Hoping obligation will turn into motivation.
And get my big butt doing something!
So:
-No eating past 8pm to start and eventually 7pm
-Run 3 miles 3 times a week
-Control my chocolate intake (toughest by far!)
-In a month when I get home, get back into Desert Palms! Love that gym.
That's a good start. I don't have much time for anything else right now.
So here's the deal: in two weeks I have to write a post about my progress.
Goal: 4 pounds gone.

ReplyDeleteYes. It was originally just going to be a week-long visit to see Chance but I'm going to go on a mission so I'm coming home to prepare. I'm probably 75% sad and 25% overjoyed, but I feel like it's what I'm supposed to do:)
